ESD7104MUTAG is a low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) array introduced by onsemi, specifically designed to protect high-speed data lines from damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD). The device is packaged in a 10-pin UDFN micro surface-mount package (with a package size of 2.5mm × 1.0mm).
This protection device is a 4-channel unidirectional TVS array, capable of protecting 4 high-speed signal lines simultaneously. Its reverse cut-off voltage is 5V and the clamping voltage is 10V. The typical junction capacitance is only 0.3pF, which has almost no impact on signal integrity.
Its ESD protection capability complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 Class 4 standard and has passed the AEC-Q101 automotive-level certification. The operating temperature range is from -55°C to +125°C.
