Describe:

5V fixed-output low-dropout linear regulator (LDO), TO-220 package. This device is a classic three-terminal linear regulator that outputs a positive voltage. Under an output current of 800mA to 1A, the typical voltage drop is 1.2V. It integrates internal current limiting protection, thermal shutdown protection, and automatic discharge function to ensure system safety in overload or overheating conditions.
