Describe:

1Mbps high-speed logic output optocoupler, compatible with TTL levels. This device is a high-speed optocoupler developed by Toshiba. It consists of a high-output GaAlAs infrared light-emitting diode (LED) and an integrated high-speed photodiode-transistor detector on a single chip. There are no base lead-out pins inside the device, and a Faraday shield layer is integrated on the detector chip to provide effective common-mode noise transient suppression capability (CMTI minimum ±10kV/µs), suitable for noisy industrial environments. It is packaged in an 8-pin DIP through-hole package with an isolation voltage of 2500Vrms and a switching speed of up to 1Mbps. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +100°C, suitable for applications such as digital signal isolation and power supply feedback.
