Describe:

Single-channel transistor output optocoupler, DIP-4 package. This device is internally composed of an infrared light-emitting diode (LED) and an NPN silicon phototransistor, and is packaged in a compact dual in-line plastic package. Electrical isolation between input and output is achieved through optical signals, with a maximum input-output isolation voltage of 5300Vrms. The current transfer ratio (CTR) range is 50% to 600% (GB grade ≥ 100%), suitable for DC input signal transmission. The collector-emitter load voltage is 55V, and the output current capacity is 50mA. It uses a DIP-4 through-hole package, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to +100°C (for some brands, it is -25°C to +85°C). This device is widely used in industrial control, power management, and other applications that require signal isolation.
