Describe:

A 6-channel ultra-low capacitance ESD protection diode array, employing TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) technology, is specifically designed for the protection of electrostatic discharge in high-speed signal interfaces. This device has ESD protection capabilities of ±12kV for contact discharge and ±15kV for gap discharge (in compliance with IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 standard), with a nominal capacitance of only 0.5pF per channel and a maximum leakage current of 10nA. It is packaged in a small USON-14 type (3.5mm×1.35mm), operating within a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and is specifically designed to protect high-speed data interfaces such as HDMI and USB 3.0.
