Describe:

A low-power digital temperature sensor with I2C/SMBus interface, packaged in SOT-23-6. This device is a high-precision, low-power CMOS digital temperature sensor. It integrates an analog-to-digital converter and digital signal processing circuits on the chip, allowing the temperature to be directly converted into a digital signal output. The temperature measurement range is from -55°C to +125°C, with a resolution of 12 bits (0.0625°C) and an accuracy of ±2°C. The operating voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V, and the typical operating current is only 75µA. The standby current is as low as 0.1µA in the off mode. It supports 9 to 12-bit programmable resolution, has single conversion mode, off mode and over-temperature alarm functions, and can be conveniently communicated with the microcontroller via I²C/SMBus interface.
