The SIMID 0805-B series of wound type surface mount inductors feature a ferrite core structure and a fully shielded design. With an inductance value of 4.7µH and a tolerance of ±5%, they have a rated DC current of 90mA and a DC resistance of 3.8Ω. The self-resonant frequency is as high as 150MHz, and the Q factor is 20 (tested at 7.96MHz). The operating temperature range is from -55°C to +125°C, and they are available in a 0805 (2012 metric) surface mount package. These inductors are suitable for high-frequency signal processing, impedance matching, and RF circuit applications, and are particularly well-suited for lead-free reflow soldering processes.
