Single-port 10/100Mbps Ethernet physical layer transceiver (PHY), integrating waveform shaping and adaptive equalization functions, supports both twisted-pair and fiber optic media. Utilizing 3.3V CMOS low-power technology, the typical power consumption is only 0.3W. It has an internal automatic negotiation function, which can automatically detect network speed and full/half duplex mode. It supports MII, 7-line (GPII), and 5-bit symbol interfaces for connection with the MAC layer, meeting EMI requirements without the need for external filters. It has an industrial-grade temperature range, suitable for embedded network applications and industrial environments.
