Describe:

A synchronous buck DC-DC converter with an input range of 3V to 17V and an output of 1A, employing the DCS-Control™ (Direct Control and Seamless Power Saving Conversion) topology technology. This device incorporates a synchronous rectification power MOSFET, with a switching frequency of up to 2.5MHz, and supports the use of small inductors and capacitors. The output voltage can be adjusted within the range of 0.9V to 6V, with a static current of only 17µA. It can enter a power-saving mode during light load to enhance light-load efficiency. It is packaged in a 3mm×3mm QFN-16 format, suitable for battery-powered devices, industrial control, and standard 12V power rails applications.
