TPS561201DDCR is a simple and user-friendly 1A synchronous step-down DC-DC converter launched by Texas Instruments. It adopts the SOT-23-6 (DDC) micro surface-mount package. This device has been optimized for using a small number of external components and low standby current, and is specifically designed for power applications with limited space.
The input voltage range of this converter is from 4.5V to 17V, and the output voltage can be adjusted within the range of 0.76V to 7V. The maximum output current is 1A. The switching frequency is fixed at 580kHz.
This device is controlled in the D-CAP2™ mode, which enables fast transient response and supports ceramic output capacitors with low equivalent series resistance (ESR), without the need for external compensation. During light loads, it maintains high efficiency through the pulse skipping mode.
