The TLV76133DCYR is a 1A, 16V high PSRR linear regulator (LDO) launched by Texas Instruments. It adopts the SOT-223-4 surface mount packaging and is an upgraded and compatible alternative to the industry-standard LM1117 and TLV1117 (x1117) series with the same pin configuration. 
This device can provide an output current of 1A, with the output voltage fixed at 3.3V. The input voltage range is from 2.5V to 18V (up to 20V). Within the entire temperature range, the line and load regulation accuracy is ±1%. Its typical quiescent current (IQ) is only 60µA, and it drops to 1.5µA in the off mode. 
This device boasts excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), with 60dB at 1kHz and 40dB at 1MHz. It can effectively filter out upstream power noise. Additionally, it integrates an internal soft start (500µs) to reduce surge current, and features return current limiting and thermal protection functions. Its 1µF ceramic output capacitor is sufficient to ensure stable operation.
