Describe:

TPS3801K33DCKR is a compact power supply voltage monitor launched by Texas Instruments, featuring the SC-70-5 micro surface mount package. This device is used to monitor the power supply voltage of microprocessors or digital systems. It provides a reliable reset signal in case of abnormal voltage or power-on, and is a commonly used model in the TPS3801 series.
This device monitors a single voltage (typical value 3.3V system), with a reset threshold of 2.93V. When the VDD voltage drops below the threshold, the RESET pin outputs a low-level valid signal; once the voltage returns to normal, the reset signal will remain delayed for 120ms (minimum) to 200ms to ensure system stability.
