The SN74CBTD3384PWR is a 10-bit FET bus switch introduced by Texas Instruments. It adopts a 24-pin TSSOP surface mount packaging. The internal structure of this device consists of two independent 5-bit switches, each equipped with a separate output enable terminal (OE), enabling high-speed and low-latency bus isolation and signal switching.
The low on-resistance of this device allows signals to pass through without generating additional propagation delay. What's more, the device is internally equipped with a level conversion diode, which can achieve a level conversion from 5V input to 3.3V output. This makes it highly suitable for mixed-voltage systems.
