STR912FAW47X6 is a high-performance 16/32-bit microcontroller (MCU) in the STR91xFA series from STMicroelectronics, based on the ARM966E-S™ core. This device integrates a wide range of peripherals and communication interfaces, and is specifically designed for embedded applications that require high-performance network connections and complex control. It is packaged in a 128-pin LQFP format and supports surface mount technology.
Its core processor is based on the ARM9® architecture, with a maximum operating frequency of 96 MHz. It offers a large 2MB on-chip Flash memory and 96KB of SRAM.
