TMS320F2812ZAYS is a 32-bit fixed-point digital signal controller (DSC) from the Texas Instruments C2000™ series. It adopts a 179-pin NFBGA surface mount packaging. This device is specifically designed for real-time control applications in the industrial and automotive fields, integrating powerful DSP processing capabilities and a rich set of control peripherals.
This device is based on the C28x fixed-point core, with a maximum operating frequency of 150 MHz. It features 256KB of Flash program memory and 18K x 16-bit RAM. It has abundant peripheral resources, including 16-channel 12-bit ADC, motor control PWM, CAN bus, and various serial communication interfaces (SCI, SPI, McBSP, etc.), and is equipped with DMA, watchdog timer, etc. It supports wide temperature operation from -40°C to +125°C.
