S1B is a surface mount general-purpose rectifier diode, packaged in SMA (DO-214AC) format. This device is a standard PN junction rectifier diode and is suitable for rectification, polarity protection and reverse breakdown applications in various power supply circuits.
Main parameters: Reverse repetitive peak voltage 100V, average rectified current 1A, forward drop 1.1V @ 1A, non-repetitive peak surge current 30A-40A (varies by brand).
