SM16LC03LF-T7 is a low-capacitance multi-line transient voltage suppressor (TVS) array introduced by ProTek Devices, featuring an SOIC-16 surface mount package. This device is specifically designed to protect standard TTL and MOS bus lines from destructive voltages such as electrostatic discharge (ESD), lightning strikes, and switching transients.
This TVS array consists of 8 independent unidirectional TVS units, capable of protecting up to 8 data or communication lines. Its reverse breakdown voltage (VRWM) is 3.3V, suitable for low-voltage applications. The peak pulse power rating is 500W (8/20μs waveform), capable of absorbing high-energy transient pulses.
