Describe:

Unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS)/ESD protection diode, using SOD-523 micro surface mount packaging. This device is designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage events. Reverse cut-off voltage 12V, breakdown voltage 14.1V, clamp voltage 25V, peak pulse power 240W (8/20µs waveform), peak pulse current 9.6A. Junction capacitance 55pF @ 1MHz, reverse leakage current only 10nA, typical response time <1ns, operating temperature range -55°C to +150°C. Complies with IEC61000-4-2 (Class 4) and IEC61000-4-4 (Class 4) standards, human model ESD rating >16kV (Class 3). This device is certified to AEC-Q101 automotive grade and has PPAP capability. The SZ prefix version is specifically designed for automotive applications. It uses an ultra-small SOD-523 packaging, with dimensions of 1.20mm × 0.80mm × 0.70mm, lead-free and compliant with RoHS standards.
