Describe:

A low-capacitance ESD suppression diode specially designed to protect RF antennas and ultra-high-speed data lines. This Zener diode transient voltage suppressor (TVS) is a unidirectional dual-channel array, featuring a tiny pinless TSLP-4-7 package. It can withstand up to ±20 kV air/contact ESD shocks and has an extremely low line capacitance of only 0.8 pF, almost not affecting high-frequency signals. It is an ideal choice for protecting the antennas of mobile devices and high-speed data ports.

• Ultra-low capacitance: The typical value of the line-to-ground capacitance is only 0.8 pF @ 1 GHz (0.4 pF for each diode), suitable for protecting high-frequency signal lines. 
• Strong ESD protection capability: The ESD protection level reaches ±20 kV (air/contact discharge), in compliance with IEC 61000-4-2 standard. 
• High surge withstand capability: Peak pulse current of 10 A (8/20 µs waveform), in compliance with IEC 61000-4-5 standard 
• Low clamping voltage: Clamping voltage 15 V @ Ipp = 10 A, effectively protecting the sensitive circuits at the back end 
• Extremely low series inductance: Each diode's series inductance is only 0.4 nH, optimizing high-frequency performance. 
• Small package: TSLP-4-7 ultra-small pinless package, with dimensions of 1.2 mm × 0.8 mm × 0.39 mm.
