Describe:

Single-channel bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) / ESD protection diode, with SOD-323 surface mount packaging. This device is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and surges. The reverse breakdown voltage is 5V, the breakdown voltage is 5.5V, the clamp voltage is 7.2V, and the peak pulse current is 3A (8/20µs waveform). The junction capacitance is 2.9pF @ 1MHz, the power consumption is 250mW, and the operating temperature range is -65°C to +150°C. It complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 standard, providing ±10kV contact discharge ESD protection, and also complies with the IEC 61000-4-5 surge standard. It is completely lead-free, halogen-free, and meets RoHS environmental requirements, suitable for general voltage protection scenarios in mobile phones, portable electronic devices, communication systems, etc.
