The micro-power, high-precision series voltage reference source adopts ADI's proprietary Digi-Trim® technology to digitally trim the output voltage and temperature coefficient. It has a fixed output of 4.096V, with an initial accuracy of ±0.1% and a temperature coefficient of 8ppm/°C. The operating current is only 100μA (maximum). This device is packaged in a small SOT-23-6 package, featuring low output voltage noise (29µVp-p @ 0.1-10Hz), and supports +10mA sourcing current and -3mA sinking current output. It is suitable for applications with strict requirements on power consumption and accuracy, such as precision data acquisition systems, industrial instruments, medical equipment, and battery-powered devices.
