Describe:

6-bit bidirectional voltage level converter, supporting automatic direction detection function. Port A supports voltages ranging from 1.2V to 3.6V, while Port B supports voltages ranging from 1.65V to 5.5V. It enables universal low-voltage bidirectional conversion between different voltage nodes (1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V). The data rate is up to 100Mbps, and the output type is tri-state, non-inverted. This device has passed AEC-Q100 automotive grade certification and is suitable for automotive electronics and various embedded systems that require communication in different voltage domains.

Features :

• Wide voltage range: Port A 1.2V ~ 3.6V, Port B 1.65V ~ 5.5V (with the requirement that VCCA ≤ VCCB)
• High-speed data transmission: Data rate up to 100Mbps, meeting the requirements of high-speed interfaces
• Automatic direction detection: No need for external direction control signals, simplifying the design
• 6 bidirectional channels: 6 independent channels, supporting bidirectional signal transmission
• Output type: Tri-state output, non-inverting structure
• Hot-swapping feature: Supports the Ioff partial power-off mode. When VCC is at GND, it outputs a high-impedance state to prevent damaging reverse current.
• Wide operating temperature range: Industrial/automotive grade temperature range -40°C ~ +85°C
• Vehicle-grade certification: Certified by AEC-Q100, meeting the reliability requirements for automotive applications
• ESD Protection:
   Port A: HBM 2000V, CDM 1500V
   B port: HBM ±10kV, CDM 1500V
• Compact package: 16-TSSOP package, 4.40mm wide, pin pitch 0.65mm
• Environmental compliance: Meets RoHS standards, lead-free, MSL grade 1 (unrestricted)

Application:

• Automotive electronics (infotainment systems, dashboards, ADAS)
• IO expansion for smartphones and tablets
• Industrial control and automation equipment
• Communication equipment (routers, switches)
• Cross-voltage domain interface communication for consumer electronic products
• Level matching between the sensor and the microcontroller
• General bidirectional voltage conversion scenario
