Model:ACT4533AYH-T
Manufacturer: Qorvo
Stocks:2000
Describe:

A wide input voltage, high-efficiency buck-type DC-DC converter that supports both constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) operation modes. It adopts the patented Active CC sensorless constant current control technology, enabling ±7.5% constant current accuracy without the need for an external high-precision current sampling resistor. The switching frequency is fixed at 125kHz, which is beneficial for EMI design optimization. It includes an adaptive gate driver, allowing it to meet the EN55022 Class B standard without additional EMI components. Suitable for vehicle chargers, portable device charging, and general constant current/constant voltage power supply applications.

Features :

• Wide voltage range: Stable working voltage is 10V to 36V, and it can withstand an input voltage surge of 40V.
• High current output: Maximum output current 3.5A, maximum output voltage 12V
• High efficiency: When converting 12V input to 5V/2.4A output, the efficiency reaches as high as 91%
• Patented constant current control: Active CC sensorless constant current control technology, with constant current accuracy of ±7.5%, without the need for an external sampling resistor.
• Excellent EMI performance: Switching frequency 125kHz, built-in adaptive gate driver, can pass EN55022 Class B without additional EMI components
• High feedback accuracy: Feedback voltage accuracy ±2%
• Multiple protection functions: cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown protection, output overvoltage protection, frequency reversal during short circuit
• Wide operating temperature range: Industrial grade temperature range -40°C to +85°C
• Compact packaging: SOP-8EP (8-pin small outline package with bare pads), SMD/SMT surface mount

Application:

• Vehicle-mounted charger / cigarette lighter adapter (CLA)
• Power management for rechargeable portable devices
• General Constant Current/Constant Voltage (CC/CV) Power Supply
• Battery charger
• Power supply system requiring precise constant current output
