Model:5KP30CA

Model:5KP30CA
Manufacturer:
Stocks:2000
Describe:

5000W bidirectional transient voltage suppression diode (TVS). It is used to protect sensitive circuits from damage caused by surge pulses and electrostatic discharge. When an instantaneous high voltage occurs in the circuit, it responds at a picosecond level, clamping the voltage within a safe value.

Features :

• Reverse Cut-off Voltage (Vrwm): 30V, which is the normal operating voltage of the circuit.
• Breakdown Voltage (Vbr): 33.3V to 38.3V.
• Clamping Voltage (Vc): 48.4V (maximum value), which is the highest voltage that is clamped.
• Peak Pulse Current (Ipp): 103A - 105.4A (10/1000µs waveform).
• Peak Pulse Power (Ppp): 5000W (5kW) (10/1000µs waveform).
• Polarity: Bidirectional, suitable for both positive and negative surge protection.

Application:

General-purpose circuits, used for surge protection and electrostatic protection of power interfaces, signal lines, data lines, etc. Particularly suitable for transient voltage clamping protection of I/O interfaces, DC power line buses, and other circuits in telecommunications, computers, industrial and consumer electronics applications.
