Model:TPS54336ADDA

Model:TPS54336ADDA
Manufacturer:TI
Stocks:8000
Describe:

The TPS54336ADDA is a 4.5V to 28V input, 3A synchronous buck DC-DC converter launched by Texas Instruments. It features an 8-pin SO PowerPAD (HSOIC) surface mount package. The device integrates 128mΩ high-side and 84mΩ low-side MOSFETs, eliminating the need for an external current-limiting diode, thus simplifying the circuit design.

Its key parameters are: input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V, maximum output current of 3A, adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 24V, and a fixed switching frequency of 340kHz. It employs current-mode control and has a tunable soft-start function.

This device automatically enters the Eco-mode™ pulse skipping mode during light load conditions, significantly enhancing the light load efficiency. The turn-off current is as low as 2µA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. It includes built-in discontinuous mode overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and overvoltage transient protection.
