The KX134-1211 is a tri-axis silicon micro-machined accelerometer (MEMS accelerometer) packaged in an LGA-12 (2x2x0.9mm) surface-mount format. This device is designed for industrial and high-end consumer applications requiring high full-scale range, wide bandwidth, and high-temperature operation.
Key features include 16-bit digital output with I²C/SPI digital interface. Programmable full-scale ranges support ±8g, ±16g, ±32g, and ±64g. Output data rate (ODR) can reach up to 25,600 Hz.
The device offers a user-configurable three-stage advanced data path (ADP), including low-pass filter, high-pass filter, and RMS engine. It integrates a 512-byte FIFO buffer and supports embedded algorithms for free-fall detection, tap/double-tap recognition, and tilt sensing.
