SDINBDA4-32G is a 32GB embedded flash drive (EFD) in the SanDisk iNAND 7550 series. It is an eMMC 5.1 standard storage chip and is packaged in a BGA-153 (11.5mm × 13mm × 1mm) surface mount package.
