MCHC11F1CFNE5 is an 8-bit ROM-less microcontroller (MCU) in the NXP (formerly Freescale) HC11 series. It adopts a 68-pin PLCC surface-mount package. This device is equipped with the HC11 core and has a maximum operating frequency of 5 MHz. It is suitable for embedded control applications that require flexible configuration of external program memory.
This MCU integrates 1KB RAM and 512 bytes of EEPROM. The on-chip peripherals include 8-channel 8-bit ADC, SCI and SPI serial communication interfaces, as well as Power-On Reset (POR) and Watchdog Timer (WDT). The number of I/O ports is 30.
This device is powered by a single 4.75V to 5.25V supply and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C (industrial grade). The MSL level is Level-3 (168 hours) and complies with RoHS3 standards.
