DS90C365AMT/NOPB is a +3.3V programmable LVDS transmitter launched by Texas Instruments. It adopts a 48-pin TSSOP surface mount packaging. This device can convert 18-bit flat panel display data into LVDS (Low-Voltage Differential Signal) data stream, which is used to solve the EMI and cable size issues in wide and high-speed TTL interfaces.
This transmitter integrates 4 LVDS drivers and 1 PLL, capable of transmitting 21-bit data (18-bit RGB + 3-bit control signals) across 3 LVDS data channels. Each channel has a data rate of up to 612.5 Mbps, resulting in a total throughput of 1.785 Gbps. It supports shift clock frequencies ranging from 18 MHz to 87.5 MHz and is compatible with various display resolutions such as VGA to UXGA.
