SST26VF032BT-104I/SM is a 32Mbit serial quad I/O (SQI) flash memory device launched by Microchip. It adopts Microchip's proprietary high-performance SuperFlash® technology, integrating high reliability and low power consumption. It is suitable for various embedded applications that require code or data storage.
The core advantage of this device lies in its flexible serial interface architecture. It supports the standard SPI protocol, as well as the 4-bit SQI protocol. At the maximum clock frequency of 104 MHz, it can achieve fast data reading and writing. This design enables it to enhance performance while still maintaining a compact package size.
This flash memory chip adopts an 8-pin SOIJ (8-SOIJ) surface mount packaging, with a working voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V. Its operating temperature range is industrial grade -40°C to +85°C, and it complies with the AEC-Q100 automotive quality standard, suitable for environments with strict reliability requirements.
