NTB0104BQ-115 is a 4-bit dual power supply bidirectional voltage level converter (level shifter) launched by NXP. It adopts a 14-pin DHVQFN ultra-thin square flat leadless package. This device is specifically designed for open-drain and push-pull applications and supports automatic direction detection, without the need for an additional direction control pin.
This device has two independent power rails: VCC(A) is for Port A and supports a voltage range of 1.2V to 3.6V; VCC(B) is for Port B and supports a voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V. This enables it to perform bidirectional voltage conversion between any low-voltage nodes such as 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5.0V. The maximum data rate is up to 100Mbps, meeting the requirements for high-speed signal transmission.
This device has an IOFF power-off protection function. When the VCC power supply is disconnected, the output enters a high-impedance state to prevent destructive return currents. All inputs can withstand voltages up to 5.5V, and the output is of the tri-state, non-inverting type. The output enable pin OE is effective when it is at a low level, allowing the output to be placed in a high-impedance off state.
This device has been certified to the AEC-Q100 standard (applicable to Grade 1 level), with an MSL level of 1. Its operating temperature range is from -40°C to +125°C, meeting the requirements for automotive applications. It supports ESD protection: the A port has HBM Class 2 > 2500V, and the B port has HBM Class 3B > 15000V. It adopts a lead-free Ni/Pd/Au coating process and complies with the RoHS standard.
