STPS160AFN is a 60V, 1A power Schottky rectifier diode launched by STMicroelectronics. It is packaged in a surface-mount type SMA flat lead (DO-221AC) format. This device is specifically designed for high-frequency miniature switching mode power supplies (SMPS) and on-board DC-DC converters, and is suitable for applications that require high efficiency and miniaturization.
Main performance parameters: Maximum reverse DC voltage 60V, average rectification current 1A, forward drop 670mV @ 1A, non-repetitive peak surge current up to 100A. Typical reverse leakage current 4µA @ 60V, switching speed fast recovery (≤500ns). The device adopts Schottky barrier technology to achieve very low on-state loss and negligible switching loss, and has avalanche breakdown rating to ensure reliability in harsh environments.
This device is particularly suitable for use in parallel with MOSFETs, enabling synchronous rectification and low-voltage secondary rectification applications. It is packaged in a flat lead (DO-221AC) surface mount technology, with a working junction temperature range of -40°C to +150°C.
