HEF4053BT is a three-channel single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch launched by Nexperia, featuring an SOIC-16 surface mount package. This device contains three independent SPDT switches and is suitable for 2:1 multiplexing/demultiplexing applications for analog or digital signals.
Each switch has an independent digital selection input (Sn), as well as two independent input/output (Y0/Y1) and a common input/output (Z). The three switches share one digital enable input (E) - when E is at a high voltage level, all switches are in the off (high resistance) state.
Operating voltage range: 3V to 15V. Typical on-state resistance: 80Ω. Bandwidth: 40MHz. The input includes a clamp diode, allowing the input voltage to be connected to a voltage higher than VDD using a current-limiting resistor. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C, meeting automotive-grade temperature requirements.
