Model:SN74HC595DR
Manufacturer: Texas Instruments
Stocks:2000
Describe:

8-bit serial input/serial or parallel output shift register, tri-state output, SOIC-16 package. This device is a high-speed CMOS shift register, consisting of an 8-bit serial input/parallel output shift register and an 8-bit storage register with a tri-state output. The shift register and the storage register have their own clocks (SRCLK and RCLK), providing an asynchronous reset pin (SRCLR) and an output enable pin (OE). The serial output (QH') can be used for cascading expansion. Data is shifted on the rising edge of SRCLK and latched to the output on the rising edge of RCLK. When OE is high, the output is in a high-impedance state. The operating voltage range is 2V to 6V, the clock frequency can reach up to 29MHz, and the propagation delay is 26ns (6V). The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, suitable for digital signal expansion, LED driving, interface isolation, and other applications.
