6-pin microprocessor reset monitoring circuit (µP Supervisory Circuit), integrated power failure comparator (Power-Fail Comparator). This device is a high-precision voltage monitoring chip used to monitor the power voltage in digital systems. It provides a reset signal to the microprocessor when the system is powered on, powered off, or under voltage. The built-in factory pre-adjusted reset threshold voltage is 3.08V, and it has a 1.25V threshold detector for power failure alarms or low battery detection. The output is low-level valid and open-drain output, with a minimum reset timeout of 100ms. It supports a wide operating voltage range of 1V to 5.5V, and the chip can still ensure a valid reset output when Vcc is as low as 1V. It is packaged in a miniature 6-pin SOT-23 package, with a working temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
