LT1054CN8#PBF is a single-chip bipolar switched-capacitor voltage converter with a voltage regulator, launched by ADI (formerly Linear Tech). It adopts an 8-pin PDIP through-hole package. This device can achieve voltage inversion, voltage multiplication and voltage regulation functions without the need for an inductor. At an output current of 100mA, the typical voltage loss is only 1.1V, which is significantly better than similar converters.
