Model:DS4520E+TRL
Manufacturer:ADI
Stocks:8000
Describe:

This device is a 9-bit non-volatile (NV) I/O expander launched by Maxim Integrated (now ADI), featuring a built-in 64-byte EEPROM and a 16-pin TSSOP surface-mount package. It can be controlled via the I²C serial interface and serves as a digital programmable alternative to traditional hardware jumpers and mechanical switches. Its non-volatile characteristic enables the device to enter the preset state immediately after power-on, without the need for the host CPU to perform initialization. It is highly suitable for systems where a specific logic state is required at the early stage of power-on.
Features :

• Expansion I/O: Provides 9 independently configurable input/output pins

• Non-volatile storage: Integrated 64-byte non-volatile user memory (EEPROM), configuration parameters are not lost even when power is off

• Communication interface: I²C compatible serial interface, clock frequency up to 400kHz

• Output characteristics: Open-drain output, configurable internal pull-up, maximum current灌流 per pin 12mA

• Operating voltage: 2.7V ~ 5.5V, compatible with 3.3V and 5V systems

• Low power consumption: Typical standby current 2µA

• Cascading capability: Up to 8 of these devices can be cascaded on a single I²C bus

• Operating temperature: Industrial grade -40°C ~ +85°C

• MSL level: Level-1 (unrestricted)
Application:

• RAM-based FPGA storage body switching: Implementing multiple configuration file switching
