ISO1050DUBR is an isolated CAN transceiver product launched by Texas Instruments. It adopts an 8-pin SOP surface mount packaging. This device integrates a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulating isolation gate, which can provide an isolation voltage of up to 2500Vrms, effectively preventing noise currents from entering the local ground and interfering or damaging sensitive circuits.
As a CAN transceiver, it provides differential transmission capability for the bus and differential reception capability for the CAN controller, with a signal rate of up to 1Mbps. This device is specially designed for harsh environments and features bus fault protection ranging from -27V to 40V, a common mode voltage range of -12V to 12V, and an overheat shutdown function.
