• After receiving the parts ordered by the customer: verify the batch, part number and quantity, register and store them in the warehouse, and take good static electricity protection measures
2.Document and packaging inspection
• Check the consistency of part number, batch, date code, place of origin and datasheet
If the datasheet is not found, we will reconfirm with the customer whether the parts is correct. The confirmation methods are: chip and label pictures.
• Check the packaging: The static bags/trays/Tube/Reel are intact, the labels are clear, and there are no signs of opening
• For parts or labels that do not meet the requirements: Keep a record and provide timely feedback to the customer. Whether this order will be processed is subject to communication with the customer.
3.Appearance and marking inspection
• Visual inspection: No cracks/ deformations/ glue overflow in the package, no breaks/ defects/ oxidation in the pins/ solder balls
• Microscopic inspection: Observe the silk-screen printing, the coplanarity of the pins, and the uniformity of the coating under an ultra-high-definition microscope
• Check the surface roughness of the chip and whether the font is abnormal
• When the test is completed and the parts are in good condition, we will affix our seal on the document record sheet.
4.Handling of non-conforming products
• Parts that fail the appearance test will be directly returned to the supplier after communicating with the customer
• For the parts that we are unable to test ourselves or other tests requested by the customer, we will send them to the testing institution for corresponding tests and provide test reports. The quantity, types and results of the tests are truthfully reflected in the report.
